Due to Hopper’s Cakes large online following I believe we can keep costs low by utilizing emails, Facebook, and Instagram. I have chosen to run this campaign over an entire quarter to be able to really see the effects of all three marketing channels. This allows Hopper’s to change advertisements if the desired results are not obtained in a four week period. 

First we are going to utilize the extensive email list Hopper’s has collected. This is amazing free advertisement especially for this demographic of customers. Emails will go out once a week always featuring the promotion of personalized cupcakes at the top of the email. After the promotion we will display testimonials and a short description of a customer’s experience. This will read as a very short newsletter, a feel good moment about the care and attention that Hopper’s gives its customers. 

The Facebook and Instagram advertisements will have a combination of free and paid channels. Hopper’s will post about the promotion throughout the campaign. These posts will be consistent but using a few different tactics. The post will rotate through showing the promotion advertisements, sharing videos of orders and possible custom cupcakes, as well as behind the scenes photos and videos of staff making and delivering cupcakes to events. This will help customers feel like they are involved in the company and that they know the service they will get when purchasing their personalized cupcakes from Hopper’s. The paid advertisements on Facebook and Instagram will feature the promotion with all basic details. These advertisements will tell the viewer everything they need to know even if they have never heard of Hopper’s Cakes before. These ads should be short and right to the point.  

I believe this advertisement campaign will have Hopper’s on their way to a fabulous fiscal quarter!
