Trello

Used for: Team Communication and Project Management

This will be our main “command centre” for all projects. With Trello we can create lists and tasks, these are on cards, that will have due dates and you can attach files to as well. You will have certain cards that will be assigned to you so it is very important that you check Trello at a minimum of 3 times per day to make sure you stay in the loop, we don’t want you missing out on any important information! 

Clockify

Used for: Time Tracking

Clockify will work within Trello to track time. Please set this up using the YouTube video below, this should walk you through the whole process. Don’t forget, while we are on the subject of time, we have a couple team members working in different time zones so keep that in mind.

Mockplus

Used for: Document Sharing and Prototyping

With Mockplus we can build and share interactive prototypes. It will allow us to collaborate and leave feedback, design files will be synced automatically, and code snippets can be shared as well.

BitBucket

Used for: Version Control and Code Testing

Repositories this way! Using BitBucket we can have multiple users building and testing!

Improvado

Used for: Digital Marketing Analytics and SEO

Improvado will allow us to analyze all our data in one spot without logging into each individual platform. From one spot we can map data across various platforms and monitor SEO.

Sematext

Used for: Page Speed Testing

With Sematext we will be able to quickly test, map and monitor our infrastructure in real time.​*​
